A Little About Me
My experience is building consumer centric e-commerce businesses, but my passion is coffee. Like many of you, before discovering Angels’ Cup, I was someone that drank a lot of coffee, but didn’t know why I personally enjoyed some cups significantly more than others. Since joining Angels’ Cup, not only have I discovered the proper way to make pour over coffees but also that I have a strong preference for Natural coffees, especially those from Ethiopia. Now one of my favorite pastimes is discovering unusual and surprisingly delicious coffees from all over the world; I recently had a coffee sourced from Bali that blew my mind! This experience caused me to recognize the impact that a service like Angels’ Cup can have, and I look forward to making the experience even better, with your help.
A Vision of the Future for Angels’ Cup
Our vision is to be the most consumer-centric coffee company in existence. With your feedback, we can make this vision a reality. Our Angels’ Cup Team envisions a future where new members are taken on a journey to discover their preferred roast level, origin, processing method, roaster, and more. That is why we would like to help you visualize your unique coffee preferences. Eventually, you will have the option to have a subscription catered to your specific taste preferences, or you can continue on the tasting journey to dial-in your taste buds further. This future will not be quick or easy to develop; we will seek your guidance along the way and will listen to you to ensure that we are building the best possible experience. In that vein, you likely already received a survey earlier this week seeking your feedback.
In Closing
I hope you and those close to you are staying safe and know that we are doing our best to ensure the safety of our product. While we are still operating, COVID-19 has presented everyone with unique challenges, for us the major challenge has been shipping delays. We pride ourselves on offering our beans as freshly roasted as possible, and we are doing our best to uphold this. Our shipping partners are over-loaded and there have been delays on coffee shipments incoming to us, as well as the boxes we are sending to you.
We know there are a lot of coffee subscription options available and we are honored that you have chosen to be a member of Angels’ Cup. You have put your trust in us with the critical task of keeping you caffeinated and we take that responsibility seriously!
