It is time to strip away the winter excess, reveal the foundation you’ve spent months building, and push your relentless endurance to the absolute limit.

We don't train just to look good on a beach; we train to uphold a standard. The biggest mistake you can make right now is abandoning the heavy weights. If you stop pushing the weight, your body has no reason to hold onto the muscle you just spent all winter building. Keep your squats, deadlifts, and presses heavy. Demand the effort and respect the heavy workload.

To lean out, you need to increase the density of your work on the gym floor. Cut your rest periods down. Hit the trenches with farmer's carries and sled pushes. Pair that discipline with clean fuel - keep your protein high and stay in a sustainable, moderate deficit. Consistency in the kitchen translates directly to results under the bar.

When calories drop and the training density increases, your body takes a serious beating. You cannot rely on willpower alone to get through the darkest parts of your session. You need the right tools in your corner to protect your baseline and fuel the work.
