Once on the brink, with just 50 birds remaining, the kākāpō is now one of New Zealand’s most remarkable conservation stories.

Today, there are more than 200 kākāpō in Aotearoa – proof of what’s possible when people come together for nature.

Antipodes was born from New Zealand’s remarkable natural environment – and we believe in helping protect it.

That’s why we’re proud to support WWF-New Zealand, raising funds to help restore and protect Aotearoa’s unique wild places, native habitats, and precious wildlife, including the extraordinary kākāpō.

Until 30 June 2026, any donation you make to WWF-New Zealand will be matched by Antipodes, up to $20,000.

You can add a donation at checkout when you shop with us, or donate directly through WWF-New Zealand.

However you choose to support, your contribution will be matched by us to help fund practical, science-based conservation – from restoring native forests and wetlands to protecting rare species for generations to come.
