We cook sous-vide, a method fine-dining kitchens use to preserve nutrients and bring out flavor. We build every recipe on real meat and in-house bone broth, made nose-to-tail from the bones and meat in our own recipes. Then board-certified veterinary nutritionists formulate it to meet AAFCO standards, and we back it with a 6-month in-home feeding trial.
