To our customers,

I’ve revised this first sentence a dozen times. There’s no blueprint for any of us to follow, here. First, I hope you and your loved ones are safe.

At Art, we’re taking every measure to keep each other healthy and protected. Meetings are held online, curations are done virtually, and in Ohio, where our workshop is located, we’re following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for prevention, environmental cleaning and disinfection for businesses. *See below for the list of those actions.

Our mission, on any normal day, is to help you find art that enhances your home. But these aren’t normal days. Suddenly, home has gone from personal sanctuary to a shelter of unprecedented importance. Yet art will, as it always does, transform old walls into new stories. I hope we can help you find some measure of joy, a bit of distraction, even brighten your home in this difficult time. We’re going to focus on optimism, bringing you new artists and unique collections, sharing inspiring art on our social channels, and answering the phone when you call. We’re here for you 24/7 at 800-952-5592.

As always, shipping and returns are free. That will not change. And so far, there have been no shipping delays or disruptions. If that changes, we will let you know.

  • Routinely cleaning frequently touched surfaces, e.g., time clocks, workstations, counter tops, vending machines, doorknobs, etc.
  • Routinely cleaning common areas, e.g., break rooms, restrooms, entrances, etc.
  • Provide disinfecting wipes so workstations and areas can be wiped down by associates frequently.
  • Associates are spread out to minimize close proximity from each other.
  • Gloves and extra handling precautions are used to maintain cleanliness of all production areas.
