From Your Screen to Your Wall

Most framing happens out of sight. You place an order, and a few days later a box shows up. Here is everything that happens in between, for every single frame we make.

It starts with you. You upload your photo or art, choose your size down to the eighth of an inch, and pick your style. The moment you order, it stops being a product on a page and becomes a job on our floor in Brooklyn.

We cut it to your size. There is no shelf we pull from. A length of moulding gets measured and cut specifically for your piece, at the exact dimensions you asked for. This is the step that makes it custom instead of close-enough.

We join the corners. Each corner is joined and squared by hand. It is the part that decides whether a frame looks clean for decades or starts to gap in a year, so it is the part we do not rush.

We fit everything together. Your art, the glass or acrylic, the mat if you chose one, and the hanging hardware all go in and get checked for fit. It leaves the bench ready to hang, not ready to assemble.

We check it, then pack it like it matters. Before it goes anywhere, someone looks it over. Then it gets packed to survive the trip, which is the unglamorous step that makes the difference between a frame that arrives perfect and one that arrives cracked. We build the packaging to protect it.

It ships in two to three days. From our hands to your door, usually within a few days of when you ordered. You open the box, hang it, and the thing you wanted on your wall is finally on your wall.

That is the whole journey, and it happens the same careful way whether you ordered one frame or fifty. You bring the piece. We handle everything between the click and the wall.
