The AMS6 is a brand-new design based on our 8-string AG78 model, and breaks new ground for Artist Guitars! As our first ever headless, multi-scale, fanned fret 6-string - The AMS6 is sure to reset the standard for affordable progressive instruments!
Ergonomic body carves suited for playing both seated or standing, a lightweight mahogany body shaped with balance and precision in mind, plus a maple neck with a blackwood fretboard all make this a stunning guitar. The rear-mounted output jack, black hardware and Artist Bullbucker pickups make this an impressive performer too! We have researched and installed superior hardware to ensure tuning stability, ease, and reliability from the locking nut and bridge-mounted machine heads.
This features a 25.5” scale length on the lowest string, and a 24.75” on the highest string. It is astoundingly comfortable to play. Available in natural mahogany or gloss black finishes.
