We’re writing to let you know about some upcoming changes to Golden Peak Media’s Terms of Service. At Golden Peak Media, we periodically review our policies and terms to ensure we’re providing the highest level of protection and clarity for our users. These changes will take effect on January 22, 2024.

We’re updating the legal terms that govern the use of Golden Peak Media Sites including www.quiltindaily.com, www.sewdaily.com, www.artistsnetwork.com, www.interweave.com, www.southwestart.com, www.wetcanvas.com, www.collectorsguide.com, www.craftdaily.com, and www.clothpaperscissors.com (“GPM Sites”) for all of our users, including subscribers and members.  We’ve made changes throughout the Terms of Service including, but by no means limited to the following,:

• We have modified our Terms of Service to make them clearer and easier to understand.

• This updated Terms of Service will replace the prior all prior Terms of Service (including the Interweave+ Terms of Service) and will be applicable to all registrants, account holders, subscribers and members of all Golden Peak Media Services.

• We’ve added an arbitration clause and small claims court provision, which are our preferred dispute forums and clarified your wavier of class action status. (Please read Section 16 of our updated Terms carefully).

• We’ve added a provision on prohibited uses which includes not allowing the use of our service/content to train machine learning or AI systems. (Please read Section 7 of our updated Terms carefully).

• Updates to subscription billing this includes things like your billing cycle, automatic renewals, and bill me later changes.

• We’ve updated information on cancellation and availability.

You do not have to do anything else to accept these Terms.  Your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service will be deemed to have been granted if you continue to use the GPM Sites and GPM Service after January 21, 2024.
