Once you get your Letter of Medical Necessity, submit it with the receipt in your order confirmation email to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.

How long does the Letter of Medical Necessity last?

Each Letter is valid for 12 months before it needs to be renewed.

Can I submit previous orders for reimbursement?

Truemed makes your recent purchase and future subscription payments eligible for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA. Eligibility of reimbursement claims for previous orders is subject to requirements set forth by your HSA/FSA provider.

How do I pay for AG1?

You can keep purchasing AG1 through a subscription on DrinkAG1.com. Truemed then provides the documentation, upon approval, to submit with your reimbursement claim to your HSA/FSA provider. You can either submit claims individually or all at the end of the year.
