Hello, friends!

We have some news related to our servers in India. Long story short, India's Computer Emergency Response Team has initiated a new law for data-handling companies, which says that businesses must collect and store client data and disclose it to the government upon request. The new law comes into effect on June 27, 2022.

This new rule directly affects the privacy of our users, which is one of the primary reasons people choose to use a VPN. Consequently, Atlas VPN will remove all of its India-based servers as of June 27. Keeping our servers in India would mean we have to comply with the law putting our user's anonymity at risk, and we refuse to do that. Your privacy will always be our top priority.

Important: Users in India can continue using our services without the fear of being monitored, by connecting to servers outside of their country.
