Great news: our rewards programme is back, and your points are waiting for you. Thank you for your patience while we got everything ready.

Your points are ready

We've worked carefully to migrate every customer's balance across to the new store, calculating each tally order by order. Here's how your balance was built:

It starts with your points from the old store, as they stood on 16 April.
During our launch sale you enjoyed 30% off storewide, so points were paused for that short stretch.
From 1 May until now, every online order earned double points: 2 for every $1 spent. We tracked each one and added it to your account.

Double points has now ended

From this email, now that rewards are back online, earning returns to our standard rate: 1 point for every $1 you spend. A big thank you to everyone who shopped during our double-points month — we hope you made the most of it.

To see your points and keep earning, sign in first

This is the important part. Each time you visit the store, make sure you're signed in to your account before you reach the checkout. That's what links your order to your rewards account so your points keep adding up. If you place an order while signed out, that purchase won't earn any points, so it's worth a quick check every time.

Once you're signed in, open the Rewards page from the top menu on the home page. Your points total will be there waiting.

If you haven't signed in to the new store yet, it only takes about 30 seconds:

Click the account icon at the top of the page:

Enter your email address (the same email used for your existing ANC account)
Check your inbox—enter the 6-digit code and enter it
