July 26 marks the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act — the reason July is Disability Pride Month. Celebrating the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) means defending the landmark victories that grew from it, including the historic Olmstead decision and its promise of the right to community living.

That promise could be at risk. Today, policy rollbacks could undermine progress on special education, community inclusion and civil rights protections.
