MOVE, BREATHE AND HEAL WITH US


We are delighted to be opening our yoga studios once again, following the latest Government guidelines. Our indoor yoga studios in London and the Cotswolds will be open for classes from Monday 27th July - plus, you'll find a new charming outdoor tipi studio at our Cotswolds spa. If you can't visit our studios, we will continue to run online classes for you to move with us at home. Learn more below.

 

AN UPDATE ON OUR STUDIOS


Our studio spaces have been reconfigured to ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests, and additional measurements have been put in place such as reduced class capacity and increased cleaning of spaces and equipment. Our beautiful sanctuary in the heart of London will reopen on Monday for a limited number of studio classes each week. Visit our website timetable to book your place and learn more about the safety measurements we have in place.

Our resident practitioners can't wait to welcome you back to our Cotswolds studios for nourishing and restorative movement and mediation classes. Whether you are practising in our indoor or outdoor studios, your safety is our biggest priority.
 


Our new Wellness Tipi


If you are visiting us in the Cotswolds, you might notice a new addition to our studios. Located in the Heritage Orchard behind our Spa, our new tipi offers restorative classes surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. You can book classes in our tipi online - look for classes marked as 'outdoor'.
