This is what it actually looks like to make sure someone votes. Not a mailer that ends up in a pile. Not a robocall that gets ignored. A real person, reaching out to another real person, exactly when it matters.
Texas makes it hard to vote on purpose. There is no automatic or online voter registration. Most voters — even motivated ones like Tara — run into at least one obstacle between intending to vote and actually voting.
Our volunteers are there to remove every single one of those obstacles, one personal conversation at a time.
In 2024, the voters our volunteers personally stayed in touch with turned out at 79%.
