What makes this Senate race different from mine

There's nothing more important than electing James Talarico to the U.S. Senate. He represents not just the 51st vote in that chamber but, more importantly, he represents a new way forward for our country.
If we want to turn the page on the corruption, cruelty and chaos of Trump and Paxton... if we don't want to go back to the failed politics that helped to get them elected in the first place... then James must break through and win in Texas.
Here's what Powered by People is doing to make that happen:
- We are meeting tens of thousands of new voters across the state to register and personally stay in touch with them to make sure they vote.
- We are aggressively recruiting thousands of additional volunteers to reach and turn out more than 100,000 new voters before election day.
- We are adding new organizers to the largest volunteer field program in Texas right now.
This is the kind of program I wish had existed when I ran for Senate during Trump's first midterm. If Powered by People had existed I'd be writing to you as the junior senator from Texas.
So that's why I'm a full time volunteer for PXP, joining thousands of other dedicated volunteers to do the work that works. The pilot we ran in 2024 took young voter turnout from under 39% to over 79% for the 28,000 voters who came through our program.
