TASTE OF THE FAR EAST
9TH MAY
Join us in The Cookery School for our Taste of... series. Learn about the bold flavours of East Asian cuisine. Learn key techniques and prepare dishes inspired by countries such as Japan and Thailand, whilst discovering the ingredients and and traditions behind each recipe.
This is a hands on, full-day course. Lunch is included.

MAKING CIABATTA & FLATBREAD
16TH MAY
Our making ciabatta and flatbread course is a practical, hands-on workshop focused on the art of bread making. Learn how to work with ingredients like flour, water and yeast to create ciabatta and flatbread. The course covers essential techniques such as dough kneading, proving, shaping and baking whilst exploring different methods to try at home.
