CELEBRATING OUR SHARK TANK APPEARANCE!

This month marks the 5-year anniversary of our second appearance on the hit ABC show “Shark Tank” in 2021 that featured an update on the company after our original 2019 episode and deal with Kevin O’Leary. If you missed it, watch the footage now! Since the 2021 feature, Boost Oxygen is now available at 20,000+ retailers nationwide and 50+ countries worldwide as we continue to grow as a global name brand!

MONTHLY EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: ROB VAN MALDERGHEM

This month’s Employee Spotlight, we’re proud to introduce Rob Van Malderghem, our Chief Financial Officer here at Boost Oxygen.

Since joining Boost in January 2021, Rob has helped the company grow from a true startup into a more structured and globally recognized brand. As CFO, Rob’s role spans everything from finance and HR to helping drive operational and financial strategy across the company.

Before joining Boost Oxygen, Rob spent 21 years at Gartner, where he says he truly “grew up professionally,” eventually becoming a Managing Vice President and Senior Finance Executive. He also earned his MBA from Columbia Business School in 2009 after completing his undergraduate degree at Siena University.

Outside of work, Rob is a proud family man who loves traveling with his wife Jennifer and their two daughters. Whether it’s hiking through Yosemite National Park, relaxing by the pool, or spending time at the beach, he’s happiest near the water. Around the office, Rob is also well known for one other thing… his notorious sweet tooth.

Rob is also deeply involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a cause close to his family since the birth of his younger daughter, Natalie, who lives with CF. Every year, Rob and his wife Jennifer participate in the Great Strides Walk in West Haven as part of their family’s team, Nuts for Natalie, helping raise money for critical research and treatments aimed at improving and extending the lives of those living with cystic fibrosis. Thanks to continued fundraising, awareness, and medical advancements, the quality of life for people with cystic fibrosis has increased dramatically over the years. The life expectancy for those with CF has actually risen by 20 years since 2016!

We’re grateful to have Rob’s leadership, experience, and perspective helping shape the future of Boost Oxygen every day. His commitment to growth, both professionally and personally, continues to make a lasting impact across the entire company.
