Happy Saturday! Yesterday, we asked for a five-letter Blossom word that describes people with good reputations that, when the first letter is dropped, becomes a four-letter Blossom word for people with bad reputations. The answers we were looking for were ICONS (widely admired people) and CONS (convicts)!
Thanks to everyone who wrote in! You were all "pros" with CONS. Special shout-outs to the following icons for their speedy replies: Alan Gray in Hutton Cranswick, UK; Steve St. Quinton in Beverley, East Yorkshire (also UK); and Alyssa in Westchester County, NY.
