Best Supplements Ever
"I have been taking turmeric for several years now and without a doubt they help with pain and stiffness in my knees.
I also take Plant Sterols for cholesterol, Collagen and Biotin for skin and nails, and have just started with beetroot and garlic. A bit too early to say about the beetroot and garlic but my nails have definitely improved!
As for the company, their service has been impeccable - often I receive my supplements within 48 hours. And when I mentioned a lot of powder residue with the turmeric each subsequent order has had a note attached warning of possible staining from the manufacturing process.

Probiotics
"I have been using the probiotics for a few months and i can tell the difference it makes.. For me the best probiotics in the market but I must say they are very expensive and I won’t be able to afford to take it permanently . I suffer from different conditions like ulcerative colitis, candidiasis, sinus problems… and it doesn’t get rid of it but it helps as long as you are on a healthy diet.
The delivery is very fast which is great. I use other supplements from them as well like NAC and MSM but still early to say if I notice any difference as it takes months to work. I trust this company as you know you are going to get pure supplements without the fillers and binders. I highly recommend,"

"I have just started using these products, Ashwagandha, Clean Biotin and Clean Collagen from BRITISH SUPPLEMENTS. A British company that I also wanted to support that produced products that were pure and devoid of any unnatural fillers. I would also like to add that they got delivered pronto with no issues at all.
Plus the price is pretty good (normal-range) in comparison to other brands. Theoretically, I would also suggest that people TRY to listen to what the body sub-consciously, is trying to say (And i do not mean, when you get those niggling calls to eat chocolate) lol.
You see, I get tired due to health issue, so I thought I would try Ashwagandha so far: I feel more able to to be calm without feeling tired and sensitive. I can also think more clearly, so my actions are more concise. Plus, my skin appears to feel softer. So I feel better inside and it shows outside."

Helps with hot flushes
"I started taking Black Cohosh in an attempt to stop myself overheating which has been a thing since menopause. After only a few weeks, I have noticed a definite improvement whether I'm doing physical exercise or not.

Fenugreek works
"The significant drop in my blood glucose over the last year I feel can be directly attributed to berberine and fenugreek. The diabetic nurse was surprised at my response to the question about how I’d lowered my glucose levels.

Sleep Aid?
"Sleep aid? I am using Mag glycinate as a sleep aid coupled with Napiers Magnesium sleep cream. Not sure if it is doing much as despite this and getting to bed earlier my sleep quality isn't any better. It could be helping my Statin induced cramps but I am eating a banana daily for this too."
Early days for restless leg syndrome

"After much research I started on these olive supplements a year ago. Never had a cold sore in that time - I used to get blisters on my fingers . So I started to think I don’t need these supplements anymore I’m just wasting my money.
Within a week of stopping. I had a blister on my hand. Cold like symptoms. Reordered 6 months of supplements… I’m never going to stop taking these . I hope my review helps someone as before I found these I was desperate.

Methylcobalamin: vitamin B12
"I started supplementing with methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) when I discovered that berberine causes B12 deficiency. I normally supplement with the B vitamin product daily but take methylcobalamin as well if I’m taking berberine. It also has additional uses for patients with neuropathy in association with diabetes."
