Great Turmeric Curcumin Supplement
"I’ve been taking Turmeric supplement for OA pain for a number of years. I discovered BS over 2 years ago and started buying their Turmeric, which is excellent.
I find it effective in reducing inflammation and pain - it works.
Small tip - these capsules can be coated in a fine Turmeric dust which stains…. I use a couple of pieces of kitchen roll, pour a few dozen capsules onto the tissue,
rub them around then onto the 2nd tissue and repeat, then put them into another container. Only takes a moment and it avoid yellow fingers every morning."

The beetroot supplement is a winner!

Interim report on using Glucosamine and Chondroitin together
"For at least the last 15-20yrs, my knee joints have been progressively getting worse, I’ve tried so many concoctions, exercises and regimens nothing, absolutely nothing has stopped my knee joints getting steadily worse. I’m 73yrs old, to young for a wheelchair and damned if I’m going down the route of knee replacements intimated by doctors, I avoid these as much as possible always seeking self medication if possible.
I started using British Supplements about 5yrs ago, I had positive results, so having success with those products I was desperate to find supplements that would work. I read some glowing reviews for Glucosamine and Chondroitin in easing knee pain some reporting total relief!
Pain will drive you to try almost anything, I was getting to the point of seriously considering surgery.
I decided to take the plunge and ordered 3 months supply of the above.
I began taking G & C the last week in April it’s the 14th of June, here’s is my interim report:-
The sharp pain has decreased dramatically, I can walk further, before needing to take a rest, still very stiff after resting. Now into the second week in June walking is easier and the joints not so stiff after resting. I’ll continue to take the supplements and see it through for the full 3 months as results so far are very encouraging,
and although the supplements are not cheap (you wouldn’t really expect them to be though would you?), what price for such relief?
I will update after the 3 months.

Wouldn't be without it!

Works like a dream

"I bought Omega 3 tablets after a recent health report said I had low Omega 3 and high Omega 6 levels. After much research and a recommendation from a nurse I bought these tablets from British Supplements. While it is too early to tell if they have had any meaningful impact
