Slightly longer one today, I do try and keep these emails to the point :) It's more of an update, as I have written about Ozempic before.
Weight-loss injections: Ozempic. Wegovy. Mounjaro. Zepbound. Half the UK are on one of them.Everyone knows someone who uses them. Celebs swear by them, and Doctors prescribe them like candy.
You open up a newspaper and see stories everywhere.
What you don’t hear about is what’s happening away from the spotlight.
Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly (makers of these injections) are being sued.Number of lawsuits: 3,763 as of June 2026.There are now TWO federal cases in US courts housing them.They’ve been split because now there are two categories of injuries people claim to have suffered from these medications.
Group 1: gastroparesis (paralysis of the stomach which prevents it from emptying) severe vomiting, intestinal obstruction, gallbladder problems
Group 2: optical damage/injury.
Vision loss. One of the lawsuits states “…suddenly and permanently blind in his right eye….”
You take a drug to lose a few pounds, and you could end up blind!The plaintiffs allege that the companies knew about these side effects and downplayed them (we are all so shocked, I know.....)
They alleged that Big Pharma promoted weight loss pills and masked the risks, have they ever done such a thing? ...........

"If you’re using creatine for performance and muscle gain, the intake should be around 5mg. In some cases if you’re of a large body and mass, more is sometimes needed.
I think British supplements are outstanding and I use many other packs. I just wished they did another creatine pack for athletic performance where 5mg daily is covered in the month."

Magnesium Glycinate quick results
"I am taking Magnesium Glycinate to help with my thyroid. I haven’t had my thyroid levels retested yet but the benefits of the Magnesium have been quick and are increasing over time.

Vitamin D3+K2 and clean Collagen
"After suffering right sided neck pain, due to marked deterioration of the lower neck bone due to years of computer and mouse work, I started taking clean collagen along with Vitamin D3+K2.
This combination has given me so much relief from continuous pain. It hurt to turn my head to the right, to look down and generally having inflammatory pain. After about 2 months of starting the collagen I noticed a marked difference. I very rarely have discomfort now.

Valerian for Sleep issues
"Valerian has become a part of my sleep stack because magnesium alone (although it is a wellbeing essential) is often not enough for me. I take 2 x magnesium, 1 x Valerian, 1 x 5-Htp (all from BS) and 1 x Inositol (bought elsewhere) an hour before going to bed.
This gives me a 90% chance of sleeping through the night and it makes it easy going back to sleep if I wake. I used to survive on about 4 hrs of sleep, which with the help of the BS supplements has now become 7 - 8 hrs.

Amazing results
"I'm allergic to everything! I did most of the drug trials for antihistamines on the market today and I reported back all the side effects to be told "no you wouldn't get that reaction" Funny how all of them now carry the "possible side effects" in the info leaflet now!
I added butterbur to my allergy asthma stack of Nettle leaf, quercetine, forskohlli, and lungwort after the only thing that worked with my mast cell problem was withdrawn from the market leaving only stuff that wipes my systems and puts me in hospital.
This has enhanced my breathing, allergies and perenial rhinitus and I have just managed to get through a bout of covid without hospitalisation. A very happy (rare) Mistake
"I got my creatine by mistake and I'm very pleased it happened, After they sent me what I'd actually ordered (within a day) and said that rather than send it back said keep it or pass it on.
I looked it up and realised It might help me with my fatigue and excruciating pain after exercise. I am hypermobile and hypomobile with fibromyalgia and this has been in my regular stack for over 3 years now and has made one hell of a difference in my recovery so much so that at 64 I now have guns! 💪 and for the first time in my life I have dimples in my glutes
not that I was aiming for that but my biggest achievement is I managed a handstand for the first time in my life! I would never have even looked at creatine but combined with exercise I think it is marvellous for us olds that want to keep fit but struggle with the next day aftermath.
