Mental well-being means something different to everyone. For me, it’s getting outside for a morning walk or run, staying hydrated, taking a few quiet moments to reset, and nourishing my body with nutrient-dense foods and juices.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, I hope this serves as a gentle reminder to make time for the things that help you feel your best, whether that’s moving your body, spending time in nature, slowing down for a moment, or simply taking a little extra care of yourself.
