Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how much our skin reflects what’s going on beneath the surface: stress, sleep, nutrition, hormones, and even the change in seasons.
As the sunshine arrives, I always find myself wanting that fresh, healthy glow that comes from genuinely feeling well, not just covering things up. That’s what inspired this week’s focus on skin health and nutrition.
