Kiki’s favorite ways to use Guava Katsu Sauce? “Dip vegetables, dumplings, schnitzel in it. And French fries, because it’s way better than ketchup. It also makes an absolutely marvelous marinade and I'll use it on meaty oyster mushrooms or porchetta—just marinate overnight in the fridge! If I'm eating alone at home, I just use it as my go-to chicken nugget sauce.”

Kiki likes to get playful with her meals: “I'd seen people making mashed potato volcanoes on TikTok with dinosaur chicken nuggets but as a rice-based person, I knew I had to make one out of rice instead: using freshly steamed rice to form a cone, decorating with vegetable ‘trees,’ dinosaur chicken nuggets and a hearty flow of Guava Katsu ‘lava.’”
