Last weekend, Erin offered many suggestions for how to mix and match ingredients for the perfect dog. To add to the hot dog fun this week, here are 2 irresistible hot dog recipes to spotlight the magic that happens when Silk Chili and Cured Sumac come together!

Sales rep Michael shared with the team his super-easy spice hack: of combining equal parts Silk Chili and Cured Sumac to make the perfect blend. “I've been using 50/50 Silk Chili and Cured Sumac for everything lately! Spicy, sweet, sour, salty!" Make a big batch of this 50/50 blend and use it on everything from yogurt bowls to tomato sauce and grilled whole fish, and especially on the rim of a margarita!

Our first recipe is a Greek-inspired Tzatziki Dog with Cured Sumac/Silk Chili Pickled Onions. This dog, which would also work beautifully with a lamb sausage, has the creamy tzatziki sauce lining the insides of the bun, with crunchy and colorful pickled onions, finished with fresh dill.
