When my mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, I had a year with her.
A year of loving her. Caring for her. Watching her body change.
What I wasn’t prepared for… was her skin. It lost its strength. Its ability to recover. And I remember thinking—why does no one talk about this part? Because skin isn’t just skin. It’s how we recognize ourselves.
That experience stayed with me. It’s part of why I built Caire—to support skin when it’s changing, thinning, and needs more than it used to.
This Mother’s Day, we’re honoring the women who give everything. And reminding you: you deserve care too.
