Do you ever wish that the world was a bit simpler? 21st-century life is filled with a lot of complexity, and we can't deny, coffee has also become more complex for the specialty coffee consumer. No manual brew method is more rife with complexity than the pour-over. In principle, it's just water and coffee through a paper filter, but in practice, there are so many different techniques to master, and perspectives on how to make the perfect brew.

Our new friend in Japan, Ryo John Ito, observed this phenomenon and decided to do something about it. Launched with a successful Kickstarter Campaign, he has created a new pour-over dripper that just makes things simpler.
