¹Terms and conditions: In order for you to activate this offer (the “Offer”) and qualify to earn up to three (3) individual $10.00 Rewards (each individually the “Reward”), a total maximum value of $30.00, the following conditions must be met: (1) you receive an in-app push notification or email from Chime alerting you to the Offer, which includes information on Offer timing; and (2) you receive your first Qualifying Direct Deposit to your Chime Checking Account (“Account”) within 35 days of the Offer start date, which is the date you receive the Offer in-app push notification or email. In order for you to earn the first $10.00 Reward, you must receive a second Qualifying Direct Deposit to your Account within 35 days of receiving your first Qualifying Direct Deposit. In order for you to earn the second $10.00 Reward, you must receive a third Qualifying Direct Deposit to your Account within 35 days of receiving your second Qualifying Direct Deposit. In order for you to earn the third $10.00 Reward, you must receive a fourth Qualifying Direct Deposit to your Account within 35 days of receiving your third Qualifying Direct Deposit. For purposes of this Offer, each Qualifying Direct Deposit, as referenced in the above conditions, must occur on different calendar days, except for the first and second Qualifying Direct Deposits, which can occur on the same calendar day. If an Offer participant receives a Qualifying Direct Deposit on one calendar day and then receives another deposit that would otherwise qualify as a Qualifying Direct Deposit on the same calendar day, that subsequent deposit will not be considered a Qualifying Direct Deposit for this Offer. If you complete all of the previously noted conditions and your Account remains in good standing, you may earn up to $30.00 in rewards for this Offer. The Offer email will include information on the deadline to receive the first Qualifying Direct Deposit to qualify for this Offer. For purposes of this Offer, a Qualifying Direct Deposit is a deposit of $200 or more by Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) that comes from your employer, payroll provider, gig economy payer, or benefits payer OR a deposit by Original Credit Transaction (OCT) from your gig economy payer. Bank ACH transfers, Pay Anyone transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, and cash loads or deposits, one-time direct deposits, such as tax refunds and other similar transactions are not Qualifying Direct Deposits. You may earn each Reward individually. You may not earn more than a total of three (3) Rewards for this Offer. Each Reward will generally be deposited into your Account within five (5) business days after you complete the requirements stated above. Chime reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of the enrollment reward offer or terminate the member’s eligibility at any time with or without prior notice.
