RETURNS
You can return the items to our warehouse by mail for a refund. However, the shipping charges initially paid will not be refunded. Please note that a $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund if you use the shipping label we provided in your package. This $5 cost is less than if you decide to pay the full price of a shipping label at the post office with any carrier. You can also purchase a return label with any carrier at your expense.
Please note that returns are for refunds only, not exchanges. You have 10 days following the date of receipt to return your items to our warehouse. We do not allow the exchange option once you have returned your package. If you wish to have a different size, please place a new online order.
We will not accept returns of purchases made online in our stores once they reopen. All online purchases must be returned to our warehouse.
