Challenge 3 is live. You've checked your gear and tested your decision-making.
The question today: do you really understand low-light defense?
I know we're asking something of you this week. Four challenges, a few minutes each — and I know you're busy. None of these should take more than about ten minutes, and I promise the payoff is worth the reps. This is all for you: a clear, honest picture of where you actually stand, and exactly what to work on. That's worth ten minutes of anyone's day.
Answer honestly, no looking anything up, no phoning a friend. Just you and what you actually know right now.
Fair warning — this isn't a quiz you can study for, and it's not built to make you feel good. Several of these questions get missed by people who've carried for twenty years and never thought twice about it. That's not a knock on anyone. It's the whole point: you can't fix a gap you don't know you have.
You won't receive a grade today. On Thursday, August 13, Dan Brady walks through every single question, explains the reasoning, and shows you how the whole group scored. Some of the results are going to surprise you.
Behind on a challenge? No problem. They're all sitting on the challenge page, in any order you like. Finish all four and you'll earn the Low-Light Readiness badge, plus $5 in store credit.
All of this builds to Thursday's live session with Dan. If you're not registered yet, make sure you do that here.
Train safe,

P.S. Tomorrow is the one everyone remembers. You'll take your light out into the actual dark and find out, at a real distance, whether it can do what you think it can. Most people are surprised. Bring a little humility. See you then.
