September 2026 will mark Cook and Becker’s 15th Anniversary! We are celebrating this milestone with a book

 we’ve dreamt of making for a long time: a premium coffee table art book showcasing the most beautiful, most popular and most inspirational artworks and art prints from some of the most talented artists we've worked with over the years. 

From the beginning at Cook and Becker we’ve always sought to honor the most inspirational, most meaningful and most beloved games. This 225-page hardcover artbook contains a curated selection of more than 150 of the most iconic artworks and prints and reproductions we have made over the years. It features a wide variety of incredible work—from foundational concept and promotional art from the game studios themselves to stunning original commissions from some of the most accomplished artists and illustrators in the world—accompanied by anecdotes and insights from the people who created them. 

A reminder—in an age of increasingly artificial imagery—that human-made art is really what it’s all about!

What we always loved about video game art since we were kids pouring over magazine ads and box art in stores, was the promise that one single image could communicate of endless grand adventures, exotic locations, strange lands and faraway galaxies; fantasies that the technology of the era struggled to show, leaving your imagination to fill in the blanks. Over time, video games became more sophisticated and caught up to the promise of that box art. We've found that many of the artists working in the industry today share that sentiment and were equally spellbound by that powerful sense of wonder. If we had to summarize our approach at Cook and Becker, it would be that we want to make prints that remind you—every time you look at them—of that transportive feeling, and we hope this book does that for you as well.
