Trump and other Republicans are actively working to undermine free and fair elections — right ahead of the midterm elections.

However, family, we are not powerless. There is a movement of people fighting back and often winning. 

Activists and advocates are standing for democracy, fairness and justice. And they are often winning in court. But they are our last line of defense — we need a Congress in place that can constrain this administration.

We must continue working to that end. 

We have to end partisan gerrymandering, voter suppression, and elections manipulation. We cannot let Trump rig the system and steal the midterm elections.

It is more important now than ever that we win back the Senate, and pass the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act to restore and strengthen the VRA.
