The Standing Bowls at Home

Hi there,

I've had one of the long Standing Bowls on my kitchen island for years, and I still think it's one of the most satisfying objects in my house. It's a simple form, but the structure, the function, and the manufacturing all feel perfectly aligned. Nothing about it feels arbitrary.

The legs give it a presence that's surprisingly architectural. It lifts whatever you put inside into more of a display than a container. At my house, it's where the good fruit goes.

It's one of those rare objects that's incredibly practical but also feels a little ceremonial every time you pick it up. It has a kind of pristine geometry that you don't often interact with, and somehow that makes even everyday use feel a little more intentional.

I still love living with mine, and I'm excited we get to share them with you.
