Important: Member Care Chat Hours Change

We're updating our hours of operation. Dear Cricut Enthusiast, At Cricut, we take great pride in giving you a premium experience with our Member Care team. It’s very important to us that every time you call in, chat with us, or send us an email, we respond as quickly and effectively as possible. To continue improving our Member Care experience, we are bringing our chat function to Cricut headquarters in Utah. This means that when you chat with us you will be chatting directly with someone from our local Cricut Member Care team. By bringing our entire Member Care team together under one roof, we believe we can achieve even higher levels of service for you. As part of this change, we are also assessing our hours of operation for chat based on when we hear from you the most. Chat will be available during peak usage hours from 9:00 am – 11:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday, rather than the 24‑hour, seven days a week coverage we’ve offered in the past. Our regular phone and email hours have not changed. This change will take place starting Monday, September 3, 2018 at 11:00 pm ET. If you need technical support outside of our new chat hours of operation, we have a large library of topics covered in our Help section on cricut.com. If you are looking for product and project tutorials we have a number of different resources that can help you. Our Learn page is full of topics and videos to help you with everything from the basics to pro tips. You can also visit our Facebook, Instagram and blog for inspiration from Cricut as well as other makers in our community.
