The Preorder Process
HOW IT WORKS!
STEP 1 | THE SELECTION
Each season will see a curated selection of limited editions released. These will form an offering of rare and unique styles.
STEP 2 | TIMESCALE
Every preorder product is available for purchase for a designated period, usually one month. Once that period has elapsed, as illustrated by a countdown timer found on your product of choice, this product will again be consigned to the archives.
STEP 3 | INTO THE FACTORY
A production order will then be raised with our factory, where many skilled hands will go to work! Production time is usually 16 weeks, depending on the time of year, with each customer receiving regular updates, including imagery of your shoes or boots during the production process.
STEP 4 | PRICING
Preorders are paid for in advance to guarantee a product slot. Pricing has been aligned with our ready-to-wear collections, with no ‘special order’ premium. The ‘Preorder Collection’ will only be available to purchase via our website.
