Karen Martini will take over Queen Elizabeth’s The Verandah Restaurant^~ and create a unique and exclusive degustation menu, for those that book this experience on My Cunard. The Melbourne-based chef will also deliver a three-course menu for the ship’s main dining room, Britannia Restaurant. During talks and panel discussions, Karen will give insights into her career and tell her story about Australian produce and food culture.
