We make a lot of knives. Hundreds in fact.
There’s a lot to love about each and every one.
But everyone's got their personal favorites. The ones that just feel right in the hand.
That you just keep reaching for without thinking about it. Here are mine:
TheNight Shark Series 6” Boning Knife:That grip is next level. Easy control in hand when making tricky cuts or portioning steak off the rack.
The Spartan Ghost Series 9.5" Chef Knife: Still my number one for veggie prep — and still feels like it shouldn’t exist. From the sharpest knife series we’ve ever made.
The Shogun Series 12” Slicer: My go-to for plating and presentation. When a roast needs to look as good as it tastes, this is what I rely on.
The Valhalla Series 8” Crixus: I use this the most. Day in day out, fine slicing to rapid chopping, countertop to grill station. It’s a beast. Simple as that.
