It's National Barbecue Day tomorrow.

There’s nothing quite like a cookout at this time of year, though. I'll admit it.
Whether it's a low-and-slow all-nighter, or a hot-and-fast grill session.
For me it's the smell. The music. The laughter.
The sound of a blade running over a honing steel before I cut into the brisket. That's some feeling.
