John Goldberger has been collecting and studying vintage watches for more than forty-five years, in watch shops, libraries, museums, flea markets and auction rooms. He is the author of Patek Philippe Steel Watches, Longines Legendary Watches, Journey into the Deep and Omega Watches, among others. He is a member of the Conseil Culturel of the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie and an advisor to Phillips, the renowned auction house specialising in fine watchmaking.
