Here’s what I’m grilling as a beef expert

It’s peak barbecue season, so of course I’ve been firing up the grill with my family as often as possible.
I’ve been asked a lot about what I’m grilling the most this summer, and with the incredible Summer Grilling Collection that just rolled out, it’s not an easy choice for me to make!
But there is one particular cut that I keep coming back to, so I wanted to share it with you in case you’re needing some inspiration.
I’ve been grilling our Wagyu Beef Filet Mignon almost every other week (and they're currently 20% off until Saturday).
And here’s why: the extra marbling and flavor found in Wagyu makes this one of the best filets you will ever have. It's also the easiest thing to throw on the grill. Zero prep work is needed. This allows you to create a 5-star meal that rivals those from your favorite steakhouse.
All I do is coat it in a simple salt and pepper rub and grill it until it’s on the rarer side of medium rare. With a cut this flavorful and tender, you truly don’t need much more than that.
We most recently served them alongside grilled asparagus and baked potatoes, because you can’t go wrong with these classics.
