The end of summer is quickly approaching, and while that may sound sad, this is actually the best time of the year to stock up on seafood!
Here’s why...
When late summer hits, coastal water temps are at their warmest.
Not only is this when fish and crustaceans are most attracted to the shoreline, but it’s also when they’re at their largest!
One of my personal favorite meals at this time is lobster. The meat is sweeter, more tender, and it pairs well with the product that’s peaking in late summer (like sweet corn on the cob).
If you want to try our lobster (or any of our seafood) at its best, now’s the time to buy.
