Meet the designer behind our newest course

AI products and features require a different approach to design and way of thinking — and designers are going to be increasingly expected to know this new playbook. That’s what prompted us to create our new course, Designing AI Products.

Led by Chris Risdon, a product designer with two decades of experience at companies like IBM, Viz.ai, and eBay, the course teaches designers the patterns, content craft, oversight models, and agentic behaviors behind great AI products.
