There's a new design discipline emerging — and it's not about using AI. It's about designing AI products themselves. Designing AI Products is a new four-week course teaching the patterns, content craft, and oversight models behind great AI products. It's the first course of its kind at Designlab — and one of the few structured programs anywhere built to teach this work comprehensively.

Designing AI Products was created in partnership with Chris Risdon, co-author of Orchestrating Experiences and a designer with 20+ years of experience building AI products at IBM Watson, Capital One, eBay, and Adaptive Path. The course reflects how this work actually gets done inside the teams shaping today's AI products. This isn’t a survey of trends, but a deep dive into the patterns, frameworks, and craft behind real products.
