We’re updating our Website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Terms”). We are making these updates to reflect new features and improve your experience
These updated Terms will go into effect for existing users on or after August 19, 2026 (“Effective Date”).
Here’s a summary of the changes, but we encourage you to review the updated Terms in full and retain copies for your records.
We are updating the Terms to reflect the introduction of a Loyalty Program:
Loyalty Program Enrollment: By creating a website account you are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards Program (“Loyalty Program”), which is subject to additional terms and conditions and will be provided to you upon enrollment. If you have a website account prior to when the Loyalty Program goes live, your account will be automatically converted to a Loyalty Program account the next time you login after the program launches. If you do not want to participate in the Loyalty Program but do wish to maintain a site account, contact Customer Service.
Your continued use of Dickies.com after the Effective Date will be subject to, and constitute your acceptance of, the updated Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must terminate your Dickies website account by deleting your website account (if you only wish to opt out of participation in the Loyalty Program, contact Customer Service, [email protected]).
