What are these technologies used for in our emails?

  • we use trackers (tracking pixels) to know whether you open our emails and the date on which you do so, in order to compile distribution statistics and take the actions (adjusting frequency or stopping sends) required to manage our mailing lists.

• Analysis of email open rates to measure and optimise campaign performance:
  • we use trackers (tracking pixels) to know whether you open our emails, the time at which you do so, as well as information about the device you use, in order to personalise the content of messages and to adjust the sending frequency or the communication channel used.
    

• Creation of recipient profiles based on the preferences and interests expressed, in order to target you in contexts other than emails:
  • we use your preferences (for example, the emails you have opened or the topics that interest you) to offer you content or advertisements tailored to you on other websites, applications or communication channels.
  • These trackers allow us to know whether you open our emails, the time at which you do so, as well as to obtain information about the device you use.

• Detection and analysis of suspected fraud:
  • we use trackers (tracking pixels) in order to detect and analyse suspected fraud. These trackers allow us to know whether you open our emails, the time at which you do so, as well as to obtain information about the device you use.

What data is collected?

When you open an email containing a pixel, the following information may be collected: 

• The date and time the email was opened.
• The type of device used.
• A technical identifier associated with your email address.

Your rights: you may object at any time

You may at any time object to the use of data collected via tracking pixels for the purposes set out above by clicking on the link below:

If you object:

• You will continue to receive our communications as usual.
• We will no longer use tracking pixels for the purposes described above.
• The data already collected via tracking pixels in previously sent emails will no longer be used for these purposes. 

If you do not object, we will continue to use these technologies in our emails for the purposes set out above.
