We’re reaching out to let you know about upcoming updates in our service.

Starting on May 21st, 2026, changes to the Displate Terms of Use will come into force, and the “Custom Displates” functionality will be available to Guests.

As a result:

1) The Guests definition will be added to the Terms of Use

2) We are updating points 3.38-3.45 to reflect this change.

We are also making a change to points 3.15 and 3.16 to clarify the Artists Fee calculation.

Chcielibyśmy poinformować, że z dniem 21 maja 2026 r. wejdą w życie zmiany w Regulaminie korzystania z serwisu Displate, a funkcja „Custom Displates” zostanie udostępniona Gościom.

W związku z tym:

1) Do Warunków korzystania z serwisu zostanie dodana definicja Gości

2) Aktualizujemy punkty 3.38–3.45, aby uwzględnić tę zmianę.

Wprowadzamy również zmianę w punktach 3.15 i 3.16 w celu doprecyzowania sposobu obliczania wynagrodzenia artystów.

Przesyłamy tutaj nową wersję regulaminu.
