Mother's Day has always meant more to me than one role.
It's the generations of shared experiences. The sisterhood that shows up without being asked. The complexity of womanhood, all of it, not just the parts that fit neatly.
Taking the time to feel what this season means to me, whilst recognizing my own mum, the hats she wore, the path she cleared, the ways she showed up that I only fully understand now.
At DISSH, I see this every day. Women showing up with ambition, perspective and care. Juggling the other sock that needs to be found and the meeting that can’t be missed. Carrying ambition, presence and responsibility, often all at once. Not in compartments, just fully, completely in it.
The modern woman doesn't separate her life into tidy chapters. She brings all of herself, everywhere.
Today is a celebration of that. The mothers, the daughters, the women showing the next generation that ambition and care belong in the same sentence and always have.
Whoever you're celebrating, today is for her.
