Return and Exchange Period: Any item that you don’t love can be exchanged and/or refunded within 60 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, and must have the original tags attached.
Exclusions: Certain items are excluded from our return and exchange policy. These include hats, gaiters, underwear, swimwear without hygienic liners, and all items marked FINAL SALE. We conduct thorough inspections of all returned products based on the outlined guidelines to determine exchange or refund eligibility.
Returns Portal: Please note that our returns portal is designed for one-time use only. If you have multiple different orders that need to be returned we do not suggest using our returns portal, please send different orders in separately when utilizing the courtesy pre-paid label(s) you receive from our website.
Multiple Orders: If you have multiple different orders that need to be returned, we advise against using our returns portal for all items together. Instead, kindly send different orders separately when using the courtesy pre-paid label(s) received from our website. Sending additional items not listed on the order may result in the exchange/return for that item not being processed, and it will be sent back to you.
Shipping Label Costs: For returns, we deduct $9.99 for shipping label costs from the total product refund. Customers opting for an exchange will receive a courtesy return label.
