  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 1/3 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 packet Vanilla Almond Collagen Shake
  • Stevia or Monk Fruit
  • Ice

Directions: In a blender, combine the water, canned coconut milk, mango, ginger, collagen powder, stevia (if using), and ice (if using). Blend well.

  • 1 cup water or almond milk

Directions: Pour liquids into the blender first then add all other ingredients. Blend well.
