FROM JOEL FUHRMAN, MD
Most multivitamin powders are judged by what they contain. I judge mine by what it leaves out.
I formulated Complete Greens myself. The exclusions took longer than the inclusions.

Dear friend,
After caring for patients for more than forty years, I have watched people arrive with a shelf full of bottles and a label they could not read. The industry taught them that a longer ingredient list means a better formula. It does not.
Several nutrients appear routinely on multivitamin panels: copper, beta-carotene, preformed vitamin A, and vitamin E. Each has been studied for possible health-degrading effects in supplemental form. Meanwhile the nutrients that are genuinely difficult to obtain in ideal amounts from plant food, B12, D3, zinc, and iodine, are often present at the wrong levels.
That gap is what I built around. Never too much, never too little.

WHAT I FORMULATED
Complete Greens
Multivitamin and Superfoods Formula · 30 scoops, a 30-day supply
Copper, beta-carotene, vitamin A, and vitamin E are not in it. That decision came first. What remains is what I want you to actually take every day: B12, D3, zinc, and iodine at considered levels, my exclusive blend of nine organic mushrooms, organic turmeric and curcumin, green tea extract at 20 mg EGCG per scoop, prebiotic fiber, and an organic plant protein blend from pea, pumpkin, and chia.
Third-party tested for arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury. Results available on request. No added salt, oil, or sugar, and no artificial flavors or sweeteners.

And keep the order right. Greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries, and seeds on your plate every day is the foundation. A supplement fills the gaps that plant food leaves open. It does not compensate for a diet built on processed food, and I would not want you to expect that.
